After a series of teasers and promotions, Moto G6 Plus has become the latest smartphone to join the ever-growing list of affordable handsets in the Indian market. The Lenovo-owned company, Motorola’s Moto G6 Plus, will join its siblings Moto G6 and Moto G6 Play, which were launched in the Indian market in June this year. The handset will get better chipset and more storage and RAM as compared to its other siblings.
The phone has tons of specifications; it sports a 5.93-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio and full-HD+ (1080×2160 pixel) resolution. The dual-SIM phone runs on the 2.2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 630 processor. Moto G6 Plus comes with a 12MP+5MP dual rear camera configuration that offers Google Lens support as well as a QR Code scanner. Also, its 8MP front camera, with f/2.2 aperture, supports the phone’s Face Unlock feature.
It is backed by a 3200mAh battery with TurboPower charging support. It comes with 6GB RAM, 64GB of internal memory and expandable storage of up to 128GB. While Moto G6 Plus supports gestures through Moto Actions, it also comes with Dolby Audio support. The fingerprint scanner is integrated into the Motorola specified; ‘M’ logo placed at the phone’s back.
The novelty has already been unveiled in Mexico and Europe and has been priced at €299, In India; it is set at Rs 22,499. The phone will be available for sale from today on Amazon and Moto hub offline retail stores.
In addition, the consumers can avail a Rs 3,000 discount if they purchase Moto G6 Plus from Paytm Mall. Reliance Jio subscribers can also gain as much as Rs 4,450 by purchasing this Moto phone. Those purchasing Moto G6 Plus need to recharge for Rs 198/Rs 299 to receive cashback worth Rs 2,200, which will be credited as JioMoney.
