The Taiwanese multinational information technology company, MSI, has unveiled the new Spatium M450 series, with 3600 MB/s. The newly unveiled Spatium M450 series is a new family of SSDs.
The information is contained in the MSI’s official website, capturing that the Taiwan tech game giant has released a new model of PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD – SPATIUM M450.
According to the company, this new product will be added to MSI’s SPATIUM range of high-performance storage, which combines high-quality, high-density 3D NAND flash memory to provide professionals, content creators, and gamers with the optimum mix of performance and durability,
The devices are M.2 2280 formatted, with 22 x 80 mm dimensions. It is controlled by a Phison E19T controller and employs 3D NAND Flash memory microchips. The goods can be installed in both desktop and laptop computers.
The MSI SPATIUM M450 SSD is designed to fulfill the needs of mainstream SSD users, with sequential read rates of up to 3600 MB/sec and sequential write speeds of 3000 MB/sec, as well as storage sizes of 250GB, 500GB, and 1TB.
The M450 comes with a 5-year limited warranty and provides complete data error correction, including LPDC ECC and E2E data protection.
By extending SPATIUM, our high-performance storage category, MSI can continue to enhance its identity as a high-performance PC brand while also growing its product ecosystem.
However, currently, the Taiwanese company has not announced the time of the start of sales and the price of the new SPATIUM M450 SSD.
