After a series of delays, the arrival of the Nokia 9 PureView seems to get closer. The Finnish manufacturer’s five-camera device has now leaked online. Among the reasons for the postponement are the cameras, which had not reached the ideal standard desired by the manufacturer.
As reported by iThome, the arrival of the device, in addition to the leaked cases, has indicated that the smartphone could come in three variants and has received the Bluetooth SIG certification. The certified models are Nokia TA-1082, TA-1087 and TA-1094. The certification, as expected, confirms that the device would come with Bluetooth 5.0, although no other details are confirmed.
Recent leaks show that Nokia 9 PureView will be a milestone for mobile device cameras. One of the latest leaked cases shows up to seven cutouts placed in a circular position on the back for camera sensors. With this, it is possible to presume that it will have all lens variants such as RGB, depth sensor, wide angle lens, telephoto lens, and monochrome.
In addition to the main camera, the model will have cutting-edge specifications such as a QHD+ 5.9-inch OLED screen, Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 and a powerful 4150mAh battery. In addition to 8GB of RAM and Android Pie software.
As there is no official information from Nokia, the model is expected to be released at CES 2019 in January or MWC in February.
