Nokia has officially presented its first 4K Smart TV, which at the moment will only be available in India. In recent months, mobile phone manufacturers are launching into the conquest of the television sector. Xiaomi already has several Smart TVs on the market, while Huawei introduced a few months ago the Huawei Vision TV and Honor did the same with the Honor Vision TV.
The alliance between Nokia and Flipkart has got us a Smart TV manufactured by both Giants that takes advantage of Nokia’s brand reputation. This Nokia Smart TV has a diagonal of 55-inch and 4K resolution and also has HDR support through the Dolby Vision standard.

The company’s first Smart TV, whose model name is Nokia 55CAUHDN, has a 55-inch screen with 4K UHD resolution. The panel is ADS, a variant of IPS technology with similar properties. It has a refresh rate of 60 Hz and a viewing angle of 178 degrees.
Nokia’s new TV offers support for Dolby Vision HDR and a wide range of colors. In the sound section, it has audio technology with the JBL seal, it is compatible with Dolby Audio and DTS TruSurround.
The operating system of the Nokia Smart TV is Android TV 9.0 with integrated Chromecast support. It has pre-installed Netflix and YouTube apps and is also compatible with Prime Video, and other apps available for download on the Play Store.
At the moment Nokia Smart TV is only available in the Indian market, where it will be up for sale from December 10 at a price of Rs 41,999. We still don’t know if it will reach other markets or not.
