Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus unveiled one of the most speculated smartphones of this year OnePlus 6, at an event held in London yesterday. The most talked-about feature of the smartphone was the display and whether it will have iPhone X-like a notch. And the curtain has been unveiled now – yes, the new design has a notch at the top of the 6.3-inch 19:9 OLED display. The notch has been the talk of the town among users lately, with some requesting an option to conceal it and put a black bar around it. That is not happening!
After the global launch in London, the smartphone maker is eying specific countries and India on its preferred list, which witnessed the launch of the device today in Mumbai.
The 6.3-inch display is OLED with a 19:9 aspect ratio supporting 2280 x 1080 pixels, 402 ppi density, and featuring minimal bezels. Top 1,000 Play Store apps have been checked by the company, with the interface proving to be as smooth as you expect.
