As we just discovered via a Twitter leak, it’s seems OnePlus is gearing up to unveil new smartwatches to the European and Asian market soon – the OnePlus Band 2 and the OnePlus Watch 2.
According to the leaker, @Mukul Sharma revealed that the Chinese smartwatch manufacturer has begun production of the new OnePlus Band 2 and OnePlus Watch 2 in Europe and Asia region and will soon go official.
In 2021, OnePlus entered the wearables industry. Then the first OnePlus Watch was announced in March 2021, along with the OnePlus 9 line of phones, after the OnePlus Band was announced in January 2021. The business appears to be getting ready to release the successors to the OnePlus Band and Watch.
We believe that the new OnePlus Band 2 and Watch 2 will be released in the coming months now that they have entered the production phase.
Unfortunately, the rumor mill hasn’t divulged any details about these upcoming gadgets’ specifications.
However, a recent report revealed that OnePlus is developing a Nord-branded smartwatch for India. While no details on its characteristics have been released, it is believed to cost less than 8,000 dollars in the country.
The OnePlus Nord smartwatch is expected to be released alongside the OnePlus Nord 3, which is expected to be released in July of this year.
As a result, the Band 2 and Watch 2 are anticipated to be announced alongside some of OnePlus’ forthcoming phones. The OnePlus Nord 2T is expected to be released in April or May of this year, according to rumors.
Likewise, in the next months, the company is likely to release the Nord CE 2 Lite, OnePlus 10R, and the OnePlus 10 Ultra.
