OnePlus, a global consumer electronics company, released a new Y1S TV series in India, according to 91Mobiles, a notable shopping outlet in the country. The new Android TV series include 32-inch and 43-inch TVs, beginning from 16,499 rupees (about $220).
The new television products come in two series: Y1S and Y1S Edge, available in 32-inch and 43-inch size options.
- The Relevant Parameters
Per the parameters, the 43-inch version has an image resolution of 1920 x 1080, while the 32-inch alternative has a 1366 x 768 image resolution. Both items support the HDR10+, HLG, and HDR10 television standards.
Both OnePlus TV sets use 1GB of memory, 8GB of storage space, and the latest 64-bit processor. They also both support dual-band Wi-Fi and are equipped with the Android TV 11.0 system. Moreover, the Y1S Edge TV comes with 24W speakers, while the Y1S series have 20W speakers.
Additionally, users can convert their smartphones into a TV remote control by readily connecting their smartphones to the television. That’s possible because the new OnePlus gadgets support OnePlus Connect 2.0 technology.
Another feature available for users of the device is the Auto Low Latency Mode feature, which offers a thrilling experience when playing games on their new OnePlus TV sets. The TV sets also permit several remote activities such as configuring solutions or connecting their earphones.
Reports have it that OnePlus came into the Indian TV market in 2019. Since then, the company has grown nationally into a positive reputation for a smart TV brand. According to a ranking by Counterpoint Research, the TV series make the list of the top five smart TV brands in the Asian country.
The new OnePlus TV series will be available across different platforms at the said price.
