Open AI, on September 28th, Thursday, confirmed to The Financial Times(FT), that they are all set to join forces with Jony Ive, the British American designer who is also the ex-workman at Apple, to execute their plan of releasing an iPhone for the artificial group of intelligence.
The two, Open AI and Jony Ive, are to raise an amount of 1 Billion USD from
SoftBank’s Masayoshi Son in order to accomplish their game plan for the same.
Reports are the American entrepreneur, and Open AI CEO Sam Altman persuaded Ive’s company, named LoveFrom, an organization collective of designers, architects, musicians, filmmakers, writers, engineers, and artists.
Altman pitched LoveFrom to contribute to the making of ChatGPT, the inventor’s first consumer device. Though the discussions between the two are claimed to be sincerely contemplative, no legal documentation has been prepared to assert the agreement. Yet, Son, Altman, and Ive have decided to build a company that would work by taking the talent and technology of their three groups altogether.
Furthermore, SoftBank preferred not to make comments on the FT bulletin, whereas an immediate response couldn’t be obtained from Open AI, and talking about the LoveFrom, it couldn’t be reached out for the same.
Conclusion
the collaboration of the three companies, Open AI, SoftBank and LoveFrom,
would be a much-awaited one due to their unique idea of coming up with an iPhone for AI. What do you think about the same? Will the trio execute this one? Let us know through your feedback.
