Oppo A3s is the latest budget smartphone of the brand, and it has now been launched in India, packed with advanced technology features and an extensive battery. It is yet another Selfie-dedicated smartphone for the users in the country.
Oppo A3s sports a 6.2-inch Super Full-Screen HD+ display supporting 720 x 1520 pixels and has a notch, with an 88.8% screen-to-body ratio. Oppo’s flux dispensing technology improves the screen ratio by narrowing down the border by 16%, making it 2.05mm thin.
The phone is powered by a Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor clocking 1.8GHz. There is only one storage variant of the phone, with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage. The device can be expanded in terms of memory up to 256GB via microSD. It runs the ColorOS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo and packs a 4,230mAh battery.
Regarding the camera, the handset bears a dual rear setup with 13 MP and 2 MP sensors, and LED flash. Its front selfie camera of 8 MP is equipped with AI Beauty technology 2.0 of Oppo and supports face recog as well. The brand claims that the AI tech is “like a thinking photographer rather than a rigid software program.”
Among other specs, the Music Party feature that works with the ColorOS 5.1 or higher OS version for connecting multiple smartphones, and thusly increasing the volume. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, GPS/A-GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Micro-USB.

Priced at Rs. 10,990, Oppo A3s will be up for sale starting July 15 via Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm and offline stores. Red and Dark Purple are two color options for the phone, and it measures 156.2 x 75.6 x 8.2mm.
