The Chinese mobile company Oppo is all ready to unveil a new flagship smartphone in India, the Oppo F7. Last year, Oppo released the selfie-centric Oppo F5 in the country, and now it seems that the company skipped the name “F6” to launch its successor. Oppo India has released a teaser for the new smartphone, announcing the launch of its latest product. At first, the date of release of Oppo F7 was March 26. But the information has been changed and replaced with a new date.
Oppo India made the announcement of Oppo F7’s launch via Twitter with an image and a caption. The picture showcases an Indian cricketer, who is likely the new brand ambassador, holding the new smartphone.
Coming to its features, Oppo F7 will have a full-screen display and an iPhone X-like notch above the display. Since this gorgeous smartphone is selfie-centric, it will flaunt a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with an aspect of 19:9 aspect ratio and a 25 MP front-facing camera with AR features. It is believed that the device will be either powered by a Snapdragon 670 processor or the MediaTek Helio P60 chipset. It is likely to be based on Color OS 4.0, which is based on Android Oreo.
Oppo F7 appears to share a resemblance to Oppo R15, which is expected to launch in China very soon. No wonder that with all these exciting features, the Oppo F7 is the talk of the day.
