The latest rumor we have heard about the flagship Oppo Find 9, which should ideally be the successor to the Oppo Find 7 smartphone, has continued to come in. For the last two years, we didn’t find any updation in Oppo‘s flagship. Now, this is really good news – the company has scrapped the lineup in favor of its Oppo R9 series.
Oppo Find 9 is one of the most rumored devices, and news surfaced online yesterday hinting at the possible launch of the device in March next year – which is not true. An employee of Qualcomm’s Chinese arm has confirmed that the launch of Find 9 in the first quarter of 2017 is a rumor and it will take some more time for the launch.
Earlier, it was reported that Find 9 would be announced sometime in June this year. That clearly didn’t happen, and now, noted analyst Pan Jiutang says that the Oppo Find 9 could possibly release by summer next year. Jiang in his social profile posted an update saying the flagship smartphone to come with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 835 chipset.
Some reports hint that now the phone is under development and the Chinese company to equip the device with powerful hardware. Oppo Find 9 is expected to come with super-fast Super VOOC Fast Charging technology, which charges a phone in just 15 minutes. If the rumors are to be believed, the smartphone will have 8GB RAM, a powerful camera setup, and a 4K screen.
