Oppo is planning to introduce a new smartphone from an existing series of smartphones in India. The Indian market would get its hands on the new Reno 4 series by the third week of July.
The new smartphone, as could be expected, will feature new specs and will sport a new design. This information came forth as a number of images of the upcoming smartphone have been leaked, especially since the mobile certification site NCC has got its hands on them.
The leaked images clearly show that the rear panel of the smartphone has been changed by a significant margin, primarily a new finish. Notably, the device has bagged its certification with the Oppo CPH2089 model number. The new leaked images show that the Oppo Reno 4 Pro will come in a new shade of black.
The rear end of the smartphone also features an L-shaped quad-camera set up. As is the case with the Oppo smartphones in general, the bottom end of the rear panel is likely to host the Oppo branding. The device is likely to sport a curved edge to its display screen, and there will be a punch-hole module at the top-left corner of the front display.
The phone comes with a USB Type-C port along with the 3.5mm headphone jack and speaker grille. The device will come with 65W fast charging support and will be offered in two memory variants- 128GB and 256GB.
Under the hood, Oppo Reno 4 Pro is expected to run on the Snapdragon 765G processor, and come with Android 10 OS. As per the source, the smartphone has already received certification from various platforms on the global market, so its global launch will take place soon.
As for its price, and exact launch date, we will have to wait for the official announcement.
