Today, Paytm launched Paytm Inbox in its app, providing an opening for communications among the users. Thus, alongside payment actions, you can also interact with others in various ways, making your transaction periods livelier.
To begin with, the new Paytm Inbox lets you chat and even send or request for money from each other. Furthermore, you can chat with your neighborhood shopkeeper for ordering as well as instantly pay on delivery.
The platform for messaging in the Inbox has end-to-end encryptions, letting you create group chats or simply initiate a private conversation. Additionally, you can send photos and videos, share your present location, and even capture and share photos.
Next, the Paytm Inbox hosts notifications to inform you of ‘cashback offers available across categories,’ making it easier for you to save while shopping. More features – such as Orders for order viewing, transaction updates, and even Games on cricket and trivia – are about to come.
In case you have sent something by mistake, you can recall it in the conversation and use the ‘Delete for All’ option. There is no deadline for using this one – after sending the mistaken message!
You can update your Paytm app and receive the new Inbox on your Android. As for iOS, Paytm says that the launch is near!
