Paytm Postpaid was temporarily shut down today. Following this, users backlash with a lot of comments on Twitter and other social media’s. Paytm refused to comment before. But, now, a post on the official blog of Paytm says ‘Paytm Postpaid service is active and operational.
Paytm explains that India’s leading digital lending NBFC, Clix Capital issues Paytm Postpaid. The finance company was busy managing huge requests for pending KYCs, so people had to face such a situation.
Paytm assures its users that it will be back with the active Paytm Postpaid service. This time with an increased spending limit. Also, the spending limit will be based on the user’s payment behavior.
Once Clix Capital is done with the KYC work, users will be able to enjoy the same service without any change in terms and conditions.
