Poco is all set to take the market by storm with the launch of the Poco F4 5G. In a recent tweet, Poco revealed that the smartphone will run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor, which will put it in direct competition with other devices like Realme GT Neo 2 5G, iQoo 7 5G, and OnePlus 9R.
Wild rumors suggest that the smartphone is nothing but a rebranded version of the Redmi K40S that was already launched in China in March 2022. Poco F4 5G looks strikingly similar to Redmi K40S in terms of design and specifications.
The leaked live images of the smartphone show a rectangular camera module consisting of a triple rear camera setup with 64MP primary shooter branding. The sensors of the smartphone are arranged in a triangular format. Moreover, the device’s power button and volume rockers are placed at the right spine of the smartphone.
Poco F4 expected specifications
The Poco F4 could come with a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display complemented with a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will operate on MIUI 13 based on the Android 12 operating system. It may be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, Poco F4 5G could carry a triple rear camera setup comprising a 64MP primary shooter, 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter, and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, the device may flaunt a 20MP snapper for the sake of selfies and video calls. It draws power from a 4520mAh battery along with 67W fast charging support.
There is no information regarding the pricing and other specifications of the smartphone as of now. Expectations are that we will get to know more about the smartphone as soon as the launch date inches closer.
