Pokemon Home, the cloud service app, is now available worldwide on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch. Pokemon Home is and works just like the Pokemon Bank, the only difference would be the fact that Pokemon Home is a cloud-based service. The service also lets trainers store their monsters to easily transfer them across titles.
The Pokemon Home is offered in two ways: one is the free plan and the other one is the premium plan. Furthermore, the support for Pokemon Go will be added later.
The Pokemon from any core games could be managed using this the cloud service app, and if the need arises, it also lets the users transfer them to Pokemon Sword & Shield on Nintendo Switch. The Pokemon Home app on Android and iOS lets the users trade their Pokemons around the world using the Global Trade Station.
Furthermore, the moves and abilities of the Pokemons will be displayed for users’ convenience. The good features of the app do not stop here. Pokemon will send mystery gifts to its users across all Android and iOS devices. What is the most exciting part about the Home is that the service gifts a Pikachu to all Home users as a part of the mystery gifts.
The mobile version, which is also now live, lets players choose between Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur. The Kanto starter you pick on mobile will come with a hidden ability.
However, to reap the benefits, the user needs to link a Nintendo Account to Pokemon Home.
The Pokemon Home app is free for download for iOS, and Android devices. The Premium Plan starts at $2.99 for one month, $4.99 for three months, and $15.99 for a year on iOS.
The app also introduces a new version of Professor Oak. This new version of Professor Oak has long hair and has funky glasses and is called Grand Oak.
