LG V40 ThinQ

The LG V40 ThinQ is one of LG’s 2018 Flagship smartphone. The device has aluminum and glass unibody build along with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Front & Back. The smartphone is also IP68 dust/water-resistant and MIL-STD-810G compliant.

The LG V40 ThinQ smartphone has LTE Advanced antennas, with Dual SIM capability support for Nano-SIMs. The LG V40 ThinQ display features 6.4 inches P-OLED capacitive touchscreen (1440 x 3120 pixels resolution). The LG V40 ThinQ specifications come pre-installed with Android 8.1 Oreo (now upgradable to Android 9.0 Pie). As for the processor, the LG V40 ThinQ has Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Octa-Core chipset combined with Adreno 540 GPU. The LG V40 ThinQ RAM is 6GB, while the available storage space memory comes in 64GB and 128GB capacity with the ability to expand storage through SD card.

The LG V40 ThinQ Camera features Triple-rear sensors, one being a 12-megapixel f/1.5 wide-angle lens, while the other getting a 16 MP f/1.9 ultrawide sensor and the third having a 12MP 2x optical zoom (telephoto) lens. The main sensors support up-to 1080p/4K recording capability at both 30 FPS and 60 FPS. The Main and Telephoto sensor has OIS and six lens protection. It also has HDR and panoramic mode for the rear camera. The LG V40 ThinQ Camera also has Burst mode, 1080p@240fps slow-motion recording. As for the front camera, LG V40 ThinQ features dual-front sensors, one being an 8MP f/1.9 wide lens, while the other being a 5MP f/2.2 ultrawide snapper. For night shots it has an LED flash on the rear.

In the area of connectivity, LG V40 ThinQ features Bluetooth (5.0), WiFi (Dual-band and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), NFC with 3.5 mm Quad-DAC audio jack support. LG V40 ThinQ sensors include Fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, and the device has dimensions of 158.8 x 75.7 x 7.6 mm and gets a Non-removable Li-Ion 3300 mAh battery with 18W fast-charging support. The LG V40 ThinQ colors are available in New Platinum Gray, Carmine Red, New Aurora Black, New Moroccan Blue.
