Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is one of Samsung’s 2015 Flagship smartphone. The device has aluminum and glass unibody build along with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 Front and Back. The smartphone also has Qi/PMA wireless charging support.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge smartphone has LTE Advanced antennas, with Dual SIM capability support for Nano-SIMs. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge display features 5.1 inches Super AMOLED curved capacitive touchscreen (1440 x 2960 pixels resolution). The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge specifications come pre-installed with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop (now upgradable to Android 8.0 Oreo). As for the processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has Exynos 7420 Octa-Core chipset combined with Mali-T760MP8 GPU. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge RAM is 3GB, while the available storage space memory comes in 32GB, 64GB, and 128GB capacity with the ability to expand storage through SD card.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Camera features a single 16-megapixel f/1.9 resolution sensor, with 1080p/4K recording capability at both 30 FPS and 60 FPS. The sensor has OIS and six lens protection. It also has HDR and panoramic mode for the rear camera. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Camera also has Burst mode, 720p@120fps slow-motion recording. As for the front camera, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features a 5MP f/1.9 front snapper. For night shots it has dual-tone flash on the rear.

In the area of connectivity, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge features Bluetooth (4.1), WiFi (Dual-band and 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac), NFC with a 3.5 mm audio jack support. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge sensors include Fingerprint (front-mounted), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, heart rate, SpO2, and the device has dimensions of 142.1 x 70.1 x 7 mm and gets a Non-removable Li-Ion 2600 mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge colors are available in White Pearl, Black Sapphire, Gold Platinum, and Green Emerald.
