What’s new in Season 11?
Every PUBG season comes with a lot of new maps, weapons, vehicles, moves and lots more. This time there is also no exception. Let’s take a look at this season’s new additions.
A brand new map to explore: Like every season PUBG developers have changed the old map with a new one. This new map is an expansive and realistic one with abundant terrain that can lift up our gaming experience.
This map has 3 bases and players can split into 2 teams of 4 in the domination mode. The first team to capture two basic wins will win. One random base will reportedly be activated soon after the match begins. The next base will be activated after the first base is captured.
Only in the Domination Town, we can activate Super Weapon Crates under Domination mode.
New vehicle Light Snowmobile
The developers have added a brand new light snowmobile to the game to dominate the roads of Vikendi. It is a two-seater ride that moves much faster than the snowmobile from the classic mode.
Classic mode season recap
Though the Classic mode season has officially ended, for now, players can still access their records from the previous season. Apparently, players will be able to view their statistics from the previous season in the Season Recap page.
Players can also get a title that will match their play style and a grade based on all their data from Classic mode. They will be able to see their highlights and their teammates from the previous season. Additionally, players can also generate an exclusive page with a bust-up portrait of themselves that can be shared with their friends.
Arena training map Warehouse
A restored version of the original Warehouse map will be available in the game as the Arena Training map. Players can practice their shooting skills here.
They can pick up and use any weapon from the ground instead of using the weapons in their load-outs. Most importantly, these weapons can be used in other Arena maps. Everything else will be pretty much the same and Evo EXP will be given out after the results are out.
Firearm balancing
Players can practice their firearm balancing by adjusting Groza’s single-shot damage in Team Arena from 48 to 45. However, other modes of the game will not be affected by it.
What’s more
Developers have added multi-option missions in Team Arena or Payload mode in PUBG. These missions support more mission objectives and players can collect the rewards for this mission by completing them.
Tencent Games has reportedly improved the mission guide and display. The lobby mission guide system now supports RP missions. Players can group up to their weekly missions and can have better access to the mission information.
They have also improved the rank display and it will show the item equipped on a character now onwards.
