The American semiconductor company Qualcomm has now set its eyesight on the next-generation flagship processor, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. The company introduced the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 a month back as a revived version of the critically skewered Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.
Although the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 hasn’t yet made its way into smartphones, Qualcomm already prepped up for Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and it seems the firm has been provided information on when the processor will make its debut.
The company unveiled the date for its 2022 Snapdragon Summit on its official website. The Snapdragon Summit will be taken place on November 14.
Predominantly, tech history will once again witness the most potent processor of the year. If everything goes as per the revised vision of Qualcomm then it would be a pristine upshot from the company but if it wouldn’t go as expected probably it would be an inadvertent culmination part of Qualcomm.
Moreover, the exact date of the revelation of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 is intact in the closed shells but it will happen between November 14 to 17.
Further to this, two more products will be debuted alongside the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. As of the time being, we don’t have any traces to follow for the rest of the products. It is worth mentioning, that in the last year of the Snapdragon Tech Summit, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 was introduced on the first day November 30.
If this year’s Summits are similar to the previous year’s characteristics then we would expect the same thing for this year’s summit. And also, the self-architecture design processor products created by NUVIA will take further steps to be wrapped up, seemingly, it will be introduced in Mid 2023.
