Realme teased a major revelation regarding its upcoming smartphone line via its official Twitter handle on February 25, 2021. According to the post, this tech giant will be infusing a 108 MP camera into its next line of smartphones which will be unveiled on February 26.
As per the rumors, this upcoming smartphone line from Realme could be the Realme 8 series. Previously, it was anticipated that the Realme Narzo could sport the powerful 108 MP camera. However, the February 24 release of Narzo confirmed that the smartphone only has a camera of 13 MP.
Later, Realme CEO Madhav Sheth teased the Realme 8 series on Twitter which lifted up the expectations about the series. Now, after the February 25 post from Realme, fans anticipated that the smartphone with the 108 MP camera could soon-to-be-launched with the Realme 8 series.
Well, the good news is Realme 8 is the very smartphone series that will sport the 108 MP camera and give tough competition to Redmi Note 10 series. Madhav Sheth already confirmed the news via Twitter to add excitement among the fans.

Realme 8 series will be released in the market as a competitor to Redmi. Apparently, the Realme 8 series will include two of the smartphones – Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro. This successor of Realme 7 will be powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 paired with 8GB RAM.
It will also come with Android 11 Realme UI 2.0 on top. As for the cameras, Realme 8 could have 108 MP quad cameras. The price and other specs have not been revealed yet.
