Samsung has proved itself to be a pioneer in this segment, and this has piqued the interest of other smartphone manufacturers as well, who are willing to venture into the foldable smartphone bandwagon. And very recently, a few concept sketches of the smartphone have surfaced online. Incidentally, photos of the foldable smartphones have surfaced on Twitter, and the foldable smartphone is likely to be called the Realme GT Fold 2.
The images show that the smartphone is likely to feature a 6.5-inch of AMOLED display, and the display will come with a punch-hole cut design. The foldable will pen from the inside, and the smartphone will have an 8-inch AMOLED display when opened. At the bottom of the smartphone, there could be a USB-C port, and the back of the smartphone could feature a combination of two 50 MP cameras accompanied by an LED flash and two additional shooters.
There is no information available about the smartphone’s processor, battery, or other features. Some experts on this matter have opined that Realme could foray into the major foldable devices on the market by pricing the smartphone somewhere around USD 1200, which is approximately INR. 89,000.
