Xiaomi has ventured into almost all branches of technology, ranging from manufacturing smartphones to products for smartphones. It is not surprising that one of the sub-brands of Xiaomi, Realme, would follow in the same steps. Realme has finally entered the field of home appliances. Realme Malaysia announced on Facebook that the company would launch a series of home appliances on October 7, 2021, at 12 noon.
The Chinese tech giant is gearing up for the big launch and likewise has revealed a new warm-up poster. The poster reveals that Realme will launch eight products, including wireless vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, sweeping robots, hairdryers, electric shavers, a wireless mic, data cables, and a Type-C converter.
It is interesting to note that some of the products listed have already been launched in India earlier this year, including the air purifiers. The air purifiers are equipped with a HEPA H12 filtration system that comes with a filtration efficiency of 99.5%, which is effective for micron particles and PM2.5 pollutants, including dust and pollen. Realme claims that its air purifier can clean a 30 cubic meter room in just 14.4 minutes.
The Realme wireless vacuum cleaner is equipped with a 140W motor and an automatic rotating floor brush. The floor brush can rotate at a speed of 2200RPM which is more effective when it comes to cleaning more efficiently. Moreover, the vacuum runs on a 2200mAh battery which offers up to 40 minutes of service.
The Realme sweeping robot is equipped with a LiDAR sensor and comes with a 360-degree rotation capability. More importantly, the sweeping robot features a surface adaptation technology that can automatically increase the suction, and work effectively especially on wall edges and carpets.
The new home appliances products will be launched on the official Realme Malaysia Facebook page on October 7, 2021, at 12.
