Leaving their customers in massive resentment, Google denies the repairs of their pixel watches if broken or cracked in any accident by the possessors. The convenience proffered in the heavier devices when it comes to mending some damage is rather less burdensome than fixing a smaller device.
You can easily get your PC or laptop repaired at a nearby workshop, but the majority won’t be able to fix your smartwatch or other itty-bitty smart appliances. And if it’s not an Apple smartwatch that you own, your alternatives are even lesser. Though uBreakiFix, a significant repair house, never claimed to repair those Apple smartwatches at many locations, Best Buy’s services essentially call for a span of five working days for the repair.
In a conversation with The Verge, Google spokesperson Bridget Starkey affirmed the move Google has made officially. As told by Starkey, “At this moment, we don’t have any repair option for the Google Pixel Watch. If your watch is damaged, you can contact the Google Pixel Watch Customer Support Team to check your replacement options.”, Google passed the information to their buyers.
Also, a point to be marked is that Google does not purvey an extended warranty.
As an effect, the buyers of the search giant might have to be more careful with the handling of their pixel watches. Since the announcement has now officially been made by the leading company, now if any damages are encountered, be it a crack in the screen or a pixel watch all broken, the buyers are involuntarily supposed to get their device replaced due to no repair being their alternative.
Hence, it is suggested to operate your Google Pixel watches rather more cautiously than usual. Let us know if we missed out on something, and do share your views with us about the Google move apropos their pixel watches. Don’t forget to share your feedback with us.
