With technology in handy much users are dependent on apps for online food orders and apps like Zomato come in rescue thus serving 50 million users in 24 countries globally. It claims to deliver 10.5 million orders per month.
The Online Food App Connects Directly to the restaurant’s POS System. The restaurant will either be notified of the pending reservation for a table or schedule a delivery to your home. A good POS System will also help with tracking deliveries, employees and much more.
The two new launches by Zomato earlier this week enable its users to see a short biography of the delivery executive allowing you with an option to add a tip for the person. With these new features, Zomato believes to change the social behavior towards delivery personnel.
