There have been rumors that Samsung will launch new Galaxy A-Star series mobile phones in its domestic market. And now, Samsung’s A-Star mobile phone has been exposed by foreign media in the name of ‘Samsung Galaxy A9 Star Lite.’
The Chinese social media network Weibo leaked the image of the new Samsung Galaxy A9 Star Lite on Saturday. Foreign media exposed handset is indicative of a budget-friendly offering that is meant to compete in the market’s entry-level or lower mid-range segment.
As for the specs, the model uses an eight-core processor with a frequency of 2.2GHz, a screen resolution of 2220×1080, a screen size of 6.28 inches, and an OLED material. It is available in 4GB and 6GB memory. It will come in two variants black and blue. The phone is powered by the Android 8.0 operating system with a battery capacity of 3700 mAH.
The newly leaked handset might be an exclusive product for the Chinese market. Samsung mostly comes up with its new product announcements on a monthly basis, but the new Galaxy A9 lite is likely to debut by the end of the year.
