Two weeks after the Galaxy S10 line received its stable One UI 2.0 build, it’s time for the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10+ to get the latest Android flavor. However, soon after the update, users seem to be hit with the RAM management issue.
According to a report by SamMobile, the two late-2019 Samsung flagships are receiving the Android ten update in Germany, although the rollout is limited to a small group of beta testers.
The interface has meaningful updates that make it even better, but users seem to find issues with the RAM after the update with the new update. Users noticed the browser can’t be opened anymore without the apps like Facebook, and IG being refreshed. Such issues were not faced by users in the past.
We have come across users who also complain that the new update keeps all the apps open for the entire week until the scheduled restart and also you can keep at least 10 apps running without refresh.
Note 10 was launched last year claiming one of the prettiest phones Samsung has made to date – and the 45W fast charging combined with a massive 4300mAh battery lets you use it for longer. The S Pen has also picked up new features, and overall you get the best hardware money has to offer.
Samsung delivered the Android ten update to the phone at the end of December, bringing its latest UI refresh, however, it seems that the company has not acknowledged the issue. Let’s wait and see when it gets resolved.
