Yesterday, Park Avenue Armory of New York housed the event Galaxy Unpacked 2017. Samsung exhibited its latest flagship Galaxy Note8 in the event, which is designed for “people who have big dreams.”
Galaxy Note8 inspiration
DJ Koh, the President of Mobile Communications Business of Samsung, provided the introductory speech for the event. He said that the event does not just concern unveiling a new product. Rather, it was a celebratory event for the passionate Note users who inspired the making of the Galaxy Note8.
Best Features
In order to give back something more to the passionate users, Samsung built its new flagship model supremely. Firstly, the Note8 has an Infinity Display that is large and bezel-less. The smartphone also comes off with an enhanced S Pen. Other features include Knox security, wireless charging abilities, and iris and fingerprint scanning.
Last but not least, you can enjoy its dual camera for capturing high-quality photos with professional appearances. Its new Live Focus feature will give you the chance to adjust the background blur before or after taking a photo. Also, its Live Message function will let you create GIFs with the S Pen.
To simplify, the phone is an ideal device for users to do more – not just at work but in life as well.
The Demonstration
To showcase the functions and features of the Galaxy Note8, Samsung had two floor-to-ceiling screens installed on Park Avenue. Also, they installed another screen stretched across the flooring. These screens altogether created a box-like stage. The “box” got “unpacked” with the inception of the event, staying true to its name.
Alongside theatrics were spellbinding stage lighting, video effects, and enthralling upbeat music. Overall, it provided an immersive, memorable experience for the attendees. Needless to say how the hosts enjoyed their demonstration!
On the other hand, the venue’s entrance hall wasn’t left out of the exclusive mix either. It had several Samsung Frame TVs that displayed gallery-like views of S Pen-created artworks. Lastly, it was the Experience Zone letting the guests have a close look at the capabilities of the Note8.
Furthermore, the event also presented various other new products and accessories of Samsung related to the Galaxy series. One quite significant is the Samsung DeX which lets you into a sublime interface for numerous desktop activities.
