Aside from the Popular iPhone 14 series, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series is the most anticipated smartphone of the year. The device, when unveiled, will succeed the Galaxy S22 series earlier released by the mobile giant.
However, before the official announcement, the device received several speculations ranging from design, specs, and prices. As we discovered today, a new leak has revealed the full specifications of one of the Series, the Galaxy S23 Ultra model.
TENAA Reveals Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Full Specs
Going by the TENAA’s certification documents, the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s (SM-G9180) display measures 6.8 inches diagonally and has a QHD+ resolution. The device offers both 5G and 4G LTE connectivity. Three CPU clusters make up its octa-core processor, two of which operate at 2.8GHz and one of which operates at 3.36GHz. It is comparable to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (AC variant), which has a quicker clock speed than the base model (AB version). The smartphone offers 256GB/512GB/1TB storage and 8GB/12GB RAM.

A 200 MP primary camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom are all on the back of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Although Samsung is probably upscaling photos from its 10MP sensors to 12MP quality for uniformity, the certification says it features 12MP telephoto cameras.
The paper also shows that Bluetooth, USB, a gyroscope, a proximity sensor, a light sensor, an under-display fingerprint reader, and face recognition are all features of Samsung’s upcoming high-end phone. It weighs 233g and has dimensions of 163.478.18.9mm. A 4,855mAh battery, which will be sold as a 5,000mAh battery, is also included.
