In a Newsroom post today, Samsung described the Galaxy Store that was launched last month as “a new platform for downloading apps and other content.”
The Samsung Galaxy Store unites under one platform all the features of Galaxy Apps and Galaxy Themes in order to create a digital forum optimized for users.
Galaxy Store brings together all the features from Galaxy Apps and Galaxy Themes that Galaxy users love, creating a whole new digital marketplace optimized for individual users.
Samsung Galaxy Store can be accessed by Galaxy devices exclusively and comprises a diverse range of apps, themes, and services, both Galaxy-exclusive and operated by Galaxy partner apps.
Galaxy Watch users and Samsung Gear users can customize their watch faces and download apps through their phone’s Store via the ‘Watch’ tab.
Gamers can discover new games through the Store’s ‘Games’ tab.
Moreover, Galaxy Store features an AI-based analysis tool to the user-oriented UI, which would help the app provide personalized content by harmonizing with the user’s interests and searches. New content would be introduced to users with videos and other supporting links, and season-based, holiday-based and event-based recommendations would be made by the Store app.
What’s more, gamers can avail the Galaxy Store’s premium gaming content including 9, Black Desert Mobile, PUBG Mobile, and New Romance of the Three Kingdoms on Galaxy, and the app would keep on updating the inventory with new titles and premium content.
The move happened to keep in mind “the diversifying needs of Samsung Galaxy smartphone and smartwatch users.”
