In 2015 Samsung put the 18.4-inch Galaxy View tablet on the market. This tablet will soon have a successor. The new Samsung tablet was already certified by WiFi and Bluetooth SIG in September last year. This showed that the new tablet gets the name Galaxy View 2, with model number SM-T927A.
Samsung Galaxy View 2 tablet
Today the Samsung SM-T927A appeared in the Geekbench Browser database. This, therefore, is very likely the Samsung Galaxy View 2, a 17.5-inch Android tablet.
The benchmark shows that the Galaxy View 2 will run on the Android 8.1 Oreo operating system. The tablet is powered by the 1.59Ghz octa-core Exynos 7885 processor with 3GB of RAM memory. It will not be a very powerful tablet; that was not his predecessor either. A single-core score of 1200 and a multi-core score of 3987 will be achieved.
The previous model still had thick screen edges and a weight of 2.65 kg. The Android tablet received a suggested retail price of € 700. Chances are that the new Samsung tablet on MWC 2019 will be exhibited.
In addition to the Galaxy Unpacked 2019 event, where the Galaxy S10 and foldable smartphone will be introduced, the Korean manufacturer will most likely also schedule a press conference a day before the fair starts. Probably the Samsung Galaxy View 2 will be revealed at that moment. Also, a new Galaxy Sports smartwatch is expected, and Samsung will announce Galaxy Buds earbuds for her new S10 series. The MWC 2019 starts on February 25 and lasts until February 28, 2019.
