Samsung Galaxy M51 is launched today in India. Samsung highlighted the fact that this new smartphone will run on a massive 7000mAh battery. This undoubtedly is the biggest battery ever on a Samsung smartphone. The previous battery which packed almost the same amount of power was the one with 6000 mAh.

About Samsung Galaxy M51
Samsung Galaxy M51 will come featured with a 6.7-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Plus Infinity-O display. Under the hood, the smartphone runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor instead of Samsung’s usual Exynos processor. Samsung usually goes with the Exynos for its Indian market.
The smartphone is available with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which could be further expanded using a microSD card. The fact that Samsung decided to go with the Snapdragon 700 series processor means that Samsung is targeting the gaming audience here in India.
Samsung Galaxy M51 Camera
As for its camera, on its back, it features a quad-camera setup. The setup consists of a 64MP primary camera, 12 MP secondary camera, 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5MP macro lens. The display screen of the smartphone houses a selfie camera of 32 MP which is capable of recording videos in 4K.
Battery
Samsung claims that the big battery will offer up to 64 hours of talk time, 24 hours of Internet usage, 34 hours of video play, and 182 hours of music playback. The battery will support 25W fast charging and reverse charging.
Other features
It will also come with Android 10 out of the box with One UI on the top. The battery is claimed to charge from 0 to 100 percent in 115 minutes using the bundled charger.
Variants
Samsung is also offering the smartphone in another memory variant, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. The 6GB variant is priced at INR 24,999, and the 8GB variant is priced at INR. 26,999.
