Last week images of Gear Fit 2 and Gear IconX, the two yet-to-be-announced upcoming devices, leaked online and now Samsung has tweaked the images on their own website. This hints that the South Korean tech giant is going to reveal the devices in the near future.
These Gear Fit wearables were originally released two years ago on the sides of Gear 2 and Galaxy S5. Earlier the images of the Gear Fit 2 were published by Evan Blass on his Twitter handle and both are already live on the Samsung S Health website.
The upcoming devices are expected to come with big improvements with faster processors and displays. If the report is to be believed, the Gear Fit 2 will come with a 1.84-inch AMOLED display with a high-resolution screen compared to the Gear Fit, 4GB internal memory, and an in-built GPS. Though it is not officially confirmed, the device will feature water-resistant technology and highly sought-after features for fitness junkies.
As per the leaked images, Samsung is planning to give a big twist to the upcoming devices with promotional shots of the two products. Since the images of Gear Fit 2 come from the Samsung S Health website, we can assume they are all geared up to launch the device soon.
