Sifu, which has been available only on the PlayStation 5 platform, now has a release date for the Xbox platform. Additionally, Sifu will receive a free update that includes Arenas mode along with a few additional platforms.

A new trailer for Sifu, from developer and publisher Sloclap, has just been published. It reveals that the Sifu Xbox release date is somewhere in March 2023, though no specific date has been provided.

A new teaser for Sifu has revealed the Xbox release date and the Arena mode

The game was originally a PlayStation exclusive, but it was also made available on PC via the Epic Games Store. A couple of months after that, it was also made available for Nintendo Switch. But players were always asking for the Xbox release.

After being launched on the Epic Games Store and PlayStation a little over a year ago, the game is now finally set to release on Xbox and Steam. Sifu received a lot of positive feedback from gamers and reviewers when it first came out. It was nominated for multiple awards at this year’s The Game Awards but regrettably didn’t win any. Sifu isn’t exactly a blockbuster game, but there’s no denying that it’s still among the year’s top action games.

Sloclap previously shared a Sifu Roadmap in April, revealing the launch of a plethora of free content distributed into four seasonal DLCs. Sloclap has declared that the fourth and last free DLC will be available in March 2023.

Sifu’s release on additional platforms comes with the release of Arenas mode in a free update. With this update, players may receive additional cheats, costumes, and even fighting moves by completing new arenas. There are currently few details available about this new offering; but, according to the Sifu Xbox release date announcement trailer uploaded by IGN, “more news is coming soon”.

Sifu will be released in March of next year for Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One. It may or may not be included in Game Pass, but Sloclap has promised to provide more information shortly.
