The premium sound bar from Sony, the HT-Z9F has been developed with support for movie fans. The HT-Z9F supports Dolby Atmos and DTS: X formats, and uses Sony Vertical Surround Engine technology to change the content of two stereo channels to almost 7.1.2 channel quality. You can enjoy a three-dimensional sound experience in the living room even without Dolby Atmos or DTS content: X.
This unit also supports 4K HDR and Dolby Vision so that the display of images sent directly to the television does not experience a decrease in quality. Of course, there is support for high-resolution audio formats, and this soundbar also comes with DSEE HX, so the sent audio will be upscale to the highest possible resolution for the optimal listening experience.
It also includes Wi-Fi connectivity, which means you can easily stream online music services using HT-Z9F, and this soundbar also comes with Chromecast integration support. Like most products released at this year’s CES event, the soundbar also works with Google Assistant so you can enjoy the music experience via voice commands. Also not to forget this unit is compatible with the Sony Music Center application, so you can also use it for multi-room audio.
Only measuring 100 × 6.4 × 9.9 cm, the HT-Z9F will be very suitable to be paired under any television. The subwoofer also only measures 19 x 38.2 x 38.6 cm, so the whole system will be suitable for decorating the interior of the house.
The price of the Sony HT-Z9F is Rs. 59,990. Those opting for this model may also choose SA-Z9R wireless rear speaker (optional) along with the Sony HT-Z9F which is priced at Rs. 9,990. The products will be on sale starting July 8. With the launch of the new HT-Z9F, Sony India will have the most comprehensive soundbar lineup in the country.
