The annual new product launch conference for Sony will be held on September 17. The company will officially release its flagship Sony Xperia 5 II model at the conference.
The retail price of the device will be U S$999 or approximately RMB 6,834.
The flagship model of Sony Xperia 1 is presently priced at US $699.99, while the Xperia 1 II is priced at the US $1199.99. The new beast has a 21:9 “fish screen” with a 6.1-inch FHD+ HDR OLED panel like the older models but has been newly equipped with 120Hz refresh rate support and a 4000mAh battery.
The Sony Xperia 5 II has a Snapdragon 865 processor and will be provided with an 8+128GB storage. It will run on the Android 10 system and will have a 3.5mm headphone jack. The fingerprint scanner will be side-mounted.
Coming to the camera, it has a 12-megapixel main camera (f/1.7), equivalent to a 24 mm focal length with a 12-megapixel 124° ultra-wide-angle lens and also a 12-megapixel that can produce a 3x zoom. Nothing could be known about the lens used for Focus and thus we will have to wait to see how the new phone is.
