Sony has decided to surreptitiously launch its new Smartphone Xperia 8 Lite in Japan today. This will give it a 2X optical zoom for the objects. It will be adorned with an 8 MP front camera set up with an f/2.0 aperture.

Priced at 29,800 Yen, Sony Xperia 8 will be a 4 GB+ 64 GB model and shall be available in Black and White colors. It will be based on Android 9.0 Pie and will have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It will be available from September in Japan.
