GSC Game World has just released a new gameplay trailer for Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl, reigniting fan interest. The developers have been quiet for a long, but it appears that they have overcome all difficulties and are working hard to complete the game. After a long wait, it appears that Stalker 2 will arrive in 2023.
Stalker 2 release date has been delayed multiple times
Originally slated to debut in December this year, Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl was delayed due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The game’s development was completely halted for a while but has recently been resumed. After Call of Pripyat was released, it was planned and was supposed to be released in 2012, but it was canceled the same year. Fans have given up on the next installment, however, work on it was restarted in 2018.
As of now, according to GSC Game World, Stalker 2 has a release date somewhere in December 2023. The company also released a brand-new trailer to update eager fans about the game. Though the exact release date hasn’t been announced in the trailer.
