The dominance of NFTs in gaming industries is taking up the pace in recent days. NFTs opt to make revenue out of digital content, especially when it comes to gaming; NFT is operating as a catalyst to secure the bankroll for NFT-enabled Studios. In recent times, many publishers have been showing their concern for NFT alongside heavy criticism.

NFT isn’t a broad topic. It works simply, but a hefty sum surfs around the clock. Moreover, many publishers are persistently insisting other studios not take NFT and make some out of it. Still, many publishers are forming NFT platforms for the users; most recently, we’ve seen Team 17 announce their interest to enter NFT with Reality studios, howbeit it was soon dropped off following immense backlash.

It might not be the start of the NFT in the gaming industry. Many prominent insiders forecast that the industry would make the process a little slower but never backward. A day back, Team 17 has taken off its claim on the NFT decision following the pushback from the studios. In this situation, few publications took off their chance to create a stage to condemn the decision to put the sales on blockchain.

An indie game developing studio Aggro Crab heavily criticized the NFT plan of Team 17, which is later renounced; the post received 100,000 likes from the audience. Following the criticism, two other studios named Overcooked and Playtonic vowed to never enter into the teams of NFT or even think about NFT showers with lots of likes. Let’s make a point, developers of Indie – games probably dither about it due to their preferred choice and a limited number of players for their games; their concerns might not pluck the attention of a larger audience but certainly some. Surprisingly, the CEO of one of the fast-selling football game publishers expressed his concern about NFTs in a recent conference call.

“I believe that collectibles will continue to be an important part of the gaming experience. But whether it needs to be part of the NFT blockchain remains to be seen.”

If you couldn’t remember the past statements of the same person, he said that  “NFTs and blockchain games are the future of the industry.” Nature is playing the rest of the game.

Like Team17 studios, the developer of the Stalker series has been stressed to cancel the plans of NFT in just 90 minutes after the announcement. It was pretty fast than Team 17. Moreover, older students, including Ubisoft, SE, and Capcom, can still stand on NFT. With gaming studios out of the way, even an individual voice-over artist Troy Baker wanted to show his interest in NFT. Eventually, players screwed him up. Troy Baker, a motion capture voice-over artist who has been involved in famous games including “Bioshock Infinite” and “The Last Survivor,” recently announced that he would Team up with VoiceVerseNFT to pave a new path for voice NFT.

Further, he has chosen to put irksome phrases to players: “you can choose to hate, or you can choose to create.” Therefore, in the comments tab, people started piling up content, primarily devastating words targeting him to quit from the decision, even though it isn’t the right way to show the hatred, the players who already got frustrated with every penny they have spent on the game went for none to nothing has some justification with them to voice out their own. As a result, he decided to take back the partnership with the blockchain company VoiceVerseNFT.

Why so much hate against NFT?

To answer this question, we need to show the pieces from the gamer’s point of view, making the publication bankroll another game after a successful deliverance. Gamers usually spend their time on the console to get things off from their mind, but the introduction of NFTs would shatter the ethic of games. Playing is like a hobby. If NFT makes its way to the universe, it will reform the sector to become another “actual money doing contemporary work.”
