Japanese automobile goliaths Toyota Motor Corporation and Suzuki Motor Corporation have been considering their business collaboration since 2017. Both the companies had brought various enhanced electrification vehicles. On the other side, Toyota has been altruistic to Suzuki in the development of compact vehicles for a joint venture in production.
In other accounts, both the firms have been burgeoning in the automobile field together. As the winter comes by, Suzuki and Toyota have decided to broaden their supply chain to India. Albeit the Indian automobile market is heftier than artistry the automobile market is not as louder as it looks. In the distance, both the firms have been promoting the mutual supply of vehicles globally, which is one of the company’s collaborative approaches in the joint venture.
Further along, the two companies will now begin the production of a new SUV model developed by Suzuki at Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. Ltd. (TKM) in August. Maruti Suzuki India Limited and TKM will widen the new model in India as Suzuki and Toyota models, respectively, and also the two companies are planning to transport new model to markets outside India even to Africa.
