Uber is facing some major issues these days. The recent news on the charts is that Uber filed an appeal against the decision by the court of the southern coastal English city of Brighton. This was done to strip the taxi app of its license as they were not considered fit and proper over data concerns and the use of drivers outside the area.
We have today filed our appeal at Brighton Magistrates’ Court. We want to continue providing more choice and competition for both private hire drivers and passengers in the city. – Spokesperson of Uber
The company is striving hard so that it doesn’t lose the opportunity to drive cars on the street of London after losing its license in the British capital. The drivers of Uber in Brighton City will be operating in the city until the appeal process ends.
