The E5 Ubuntu Edition comes with 5-inch capacitive IPS multi-touch screen and has 720 x 1280 display with aspect ratio 16:9. The smartphone features 1GB of RAM powered with 1.7GHz, quad-core processor and has a 16GB internal memory which is upgradable up to 32GB via microSD card.
The device will come with a black color variant which runs on Ubuntu’s own operating system. E5 Ubuntu is housed with Dual Micro-SIM card with 2500 mAh battery back-up. On the camera front, users will get 13 MP rear camera with autofocus and Dual flash including 5MP front-facing camera.
