Vivo had introduced the iQOO series in March to launch a flagship smartphone with an aggressive price tag. Now the company announced to launch a new variant Vivo iQOO Space Knight Limited Edition that comes in a special gift box containing an engraved nameplate made from a piece of the space agency’s Shenzhou spacecraft.
The Vivo IQOO Space Knight Limited Edition smartphone has 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage, similar to the Monster variant. However, unlike the latter, the new model has a different design. We can see a jacketed design that is similar to what we have seen phones featuring a Kevlar back. Also, the smartphone features matte finish instead of the glossy back of the other variants.
The Space Knight Limited Edition will feature the same spec-sheet which means a 6.41-inch FHD+ AMOLED display fueled by a 4,000mAh battery with 44W fast charge. The processor is the Snapdragon 855 SoC, and there’s a 12MP + 13MP + 2MP triple camera set up on the back as well as a fingerprint reader on the screen. It also boasts liquid cooling and is the first handset from Vivo’s sub-brand IQOO.
It also comes with a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports 44W super fast charging. It measures 157.69 × 75.2 × 8.51mm and weighs 196 grams. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS NFC, and USB Type-C port. Apart from the power button and volume rocker on the right edge, the device also sports trigger buttons for better gaming controls. It also includes a heat pipe for better heat dispersion while playing games.
Reportedly iQOO Space Knight Limited Edition arrived at a price tag of 4298 Yuan, available in two color variants – Electro-optic Blue and Lava Orange.
