Vivo Z5i is launched as the latest entrant in the Z-series that comes with a 6.53-inch touchscreen display, a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels at a pixel density of 394 pixels per inch and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9.
The smartphone maker expands the Z lineup, which already consists of Vivo Z5 and Vivo Z5x by adding the third device to its Z5 lineup. Unexpectedly, the all-new of this smartphone is nothing but a rebranded version of Vivo U3 with the same specifications and features but with higher RAM and storage.
The Vivo Z5i has 128GB of onboard storage that is expandable via microSD card (up to 256GB). Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, ambient light, gyroscope, magnetometer, and proximity sensor. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Vivo Z5i smartphone is equipped with a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display having a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The display features a waterdrop notch on the front which houses the front selfie camera with thin bezels and a sizeable chin. Under the hood, the device comes with a screen-to-body ratio of 90.3 percent. The Vivo Z5i runs on the Snapdragon 675 chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard memory with expandable storage memory via MicroSD slot.
The Vivo Z5i price is set at CNY 1,798 available in Jade Blue and Onyx Black color options. Further details about the global launch of the Vivo Z5i are yet to be revealed.
