Vivo has surprised the Chinese audience with the launch of the Vivo T2x while they were waiting for the Vivo T2. The smartphone is a mid-ranger, and it is powered by a MediaTek 1300 processor that we got to see in the OnePlus Nord 2T recently.
As for the design, the smartphone offers a waterdrop notch along with a thick chin at the front. At the back, the Vivo branding is available at the bottom left corner, and the camera module is placed at the top left corner of the device.
When it comes to price point, the Vivo T2x’s 8GB RAM variant with 128GB internal storage is available in the Chinese market for CNY 1,699, which converts to Rs 19,750. On the other hand, the 8GB RAM variant of the smartphone with 256GB internal storage can be purchased for CNY 1,899, which is around Rs 22,070.
As per the official information, the smartphone will be available for orders starting from June 12. It is being speculated that the device will reach the Indian shores in a couple of months. The smartphone will be shipped in two different color options – Mirror Black and Mist Blue.
Vivo T2x specifications
The Vivo T2x is equipped with a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display and a whopping 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone houses a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor along with Mali G77 graphics processing unit. It includes 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage.
The handset rocks a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter and a 2MP macro shooter. At the front, the smartphone flaunts a 16MP snapper for clicking selfies.
The device draws power from a 6000mAh battery that promises to go on for more than a day even after extensive use. It also supports 44W FlashCharge support along with 6W reverse charging support. Other features include a 3.5mm audio jack, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, etc.
