Vivo Y50, the latest flagship smartphone from the company Vivo went live in Cambodia, and the pre-bookings for the 8GB + 128 GB variant of the smartphone have started. The pre-bookings will continue till April 11.
The official Facebook page of Vivo revealed the specifications of the smartphone along with its price. However, it remains a mystery whether the handset will also be available in other markets across the globe.
Vivo Y50 features a 6.53-inch full HD+ display with a punch-hole design. It comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, and under the hood, it comes with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 mobile platform. The handset comes only in one variant, with 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
The Google Play listing of the smartphone had revealed that the smartphone would be available in the lower version of 6GB of RAM. The fingerprint scanner is not embedded in its screen. The rear end of the smartphone features a fingerprint scanner.
Furthermore, the smartphone is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that offers 18W fast charging.
The backside of the camera features the quad-camera setup. The camera setup consists of a 13-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel wide-angle shooter with 120 degrees field-of-view of, a 2-megapixel portrait shooter, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with 4cm focal length. The punch-hole design houses the selfie camera. The smartphone will be offered in two color variants: black and blue.
Even though the Facebook page of Vivo Cambodia mentioned the smartphone’s specifications, the full specifications remain unknown. Information about the selfie camera is not known. Also, further information about the connectivity features remains in the dark.
Vivo Cambodia’s Facebook page lists the smartphone at $249. There is no further information regarding the availability of smartphone globally.
