Vivo has recently launched a standard edition of the previously released Vivo Z3i smartphone across China. Though much isn’t known about its global rollout, the new standard edition tagged as – Vivo 1813A/T is very much similar to its earlier predecessor, the Z3i, in terms of every specs and detail. The only catch? The new edition is cheaper.
Hitting the market with a price tag of 1,998 Yuan (~$296), unlike its predecessor, which sported a bit hefty rate of 2,398 Yuan (~$355), the new edition would sport 3 color variants – Night Black, Aurora Blue, and Dream Pink.
Although stated to wear the same spec design as the Z3i, these standard variants would be powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 chipset. The smartphone is also expected to sport a Full HD 6.3-inches LCD display with a 2280 x 1080 pixel resolution. Not wanting to be left out of the notch race, The new variant would also sport a water drop notch!
Packing an impressive 6GB RAM with inbuilt storage of 128 GB (expandable through a memory slot), the standard edition smartphone weighs just 163.7 grams with body dimensions of 155.97 mm x 75.63 mm x 8.1 mm in size. In the camera department, too, the device doesn’t disappoint, sporting a 2MP dual camera in the rear and a 24 MP frontal shooter. Fingerprint sensors and face recognition have been added too for upgraded security.
Though this phone would be running on Android 8.1 Oreo with FunTouch OS 4.5 UI, Vivo’s initiative to deliver a cool standard edition smartphone with a better price rate than its predecessor would surely be a head Turner in the market!
