A recent report suggests that Watch Dogs 3 may be all set to make its way to PS5 and Next Xbox. YouTuber Sculzi TV has uncovered an all-new trademark filed last November that seems to suggest a next-generation game separate from previous Watch Dogs trademarks. The video portrays the United States trademark database with “new application entered in TRAM,” processed on December 3rd and replenished with ‘supplied data’ on December 17th.
In spite of being filed last year, the trademark was made public only last week. The discovery was made by Sculzi TV via Comicbook.com and came shortly after the reveal of Watch Dogs 3 made last year by Sam, Ubisoft’s AI assistant. Resembling Siri and Alexa, Sam answers questions typed out by users in an attempt to help them navigate the more difficult portions of the game.

Prompted by Ubisoft’s PC game client, Uplay’s display of a DedSec (a Watch Dogs faction) inspired theme as an April Fool’s joke; players approached Sam with a question regarding Watch Dogs 3. This interest in Watch Dogs 3 was further fuelled by the fact that the game’s official Twitter account tweeted and promptly deleted the phrase “This is Everything,” which is similar to the game’s marketing phrase “Everything is Connected.”
And Sam’s reply to players’ questions has confirmed the game’s existence, stating, “Watch Dogs 3 is not finished yet, but from the last early build, I tried it’s very solid. The Dev team works wonders! Can’t wait for you to try it!”
