Apple's XR Headset Launch Postponed Till June
Bloomberg's analyst, Mark Gurman said Apple has postponed the launch date of its upcoming mixed-reality headset from April to June.
According to him, the upcoming Apple's XR headset was postponed due Apple’s next major device. Gurman disclosed this today in a tweet.
Gurman said the headset will now be unveiled at the Worldwide Developers Conference, WWDC which is held annually in June.
Initially, Apple's XR headset ought to have been unveiled in 2019, but was pushed back to 2000, then 2021, then 2022, and now June 2023 again.
As per the report, hardware and software roadblocks are largely the reason why Apple's XR headset has been delayed in the past.
Hence, Apple fans who are eagerly anticipating the upcoming mixed reality headset will have to wait a little longer till June.
