Japanese LG Electronics has announced the release of two new smart monitors - regular stand and arm-type ergonomic stand models with LG's own webOS of 31.5-inch 4K.
The LG smart monitors adopted a virtual 5.1ch sound, it converts general 2ch stereo sound into 5.1ch 3D sound and creates an immersive sound field.
Yet, the smart monitor also comes with USB PD/65W power supply compatible USB-C port, HDMI port x2, USB-A port x3, and 100Base-TX Ethernet port.
With LG's own webOS installed therein, users will have direct access to familiar VOD services such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, AppleTV, U-NEXT, and Hulu.
Additionally, users will also enjoy content such as movies and dramas without connecting devices thanks to LG's own webOS.
Users can also play video files saved on a USB memory or display the screen of their smartphone on the monitor via Miracast or AirPlay 2.
The regular stand model 32SQ730S-W as a 31.5-inch 4K will be available in early March while the arm-type ergonomic stand model 32SQ780S-W will be coming in early April 2023.
